Shipping & Easy Returns Policy

Shipping

We deliver to all seven Emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.

Shipping is free on every order. Orders are delivered within 1–2 working days after confirmation. Orders placed on Fridays, public holidays or late in the day are dispatched on the next working day.

Once your order ships, you can follow it on our Track Your Order page using your order number and e-mail address.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available across the UAE. Choose "Cash on Delivery" at checkout and pay the courier in AED when your order arrives. Our team may call you to confirm your order before dispatch.

Easy Returns

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used makeup and pierced earrings cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or faulty.

To start a return, contact us with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue your refund to the original payment method, or by bank transfer for Cash on Delivery orders.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a free replacement or refund.
