Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available across all seven Emirates. Simply choose “Cash on delivery” at checkout and pay the courier in AED when your order arrives.
How long does delivery take?
Shipping is free across the UAE and orders are delivered within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
How can I track my order?
Use the Track Your Order page with your order number and billing e-mail, or follow the link in your shipping confirmation e-mail.
What is your return policy?
Unused items in their original condition and packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened makeup and pierced earrings cannot be returned. See our Shipping & Easy Returns Policy for details.
